Historic Jessville Manor sells for $207m

The Grade III residence has a GFA of 12,288 sq ft.

Knight Frank has sold The Jessville Manor at 128 Pokfulam Road for $207m to William Cheng Kai Man and Shun Ho Property Investments.

The over 90-year-old grade III historic residence was built by W.N. Thomas TAM Ngar-Tse and named in honour of his wife, Jessie TO Pui-Chun, on completion in 1931. 

The building has a gross floor area of 2,288 sq ft. 

The property has been converted into four luxury units, offering three to four bedrooms with saleable areas ranging from 2,248 to 2,960 sq ft.
