FSTB and Bloomberg establish Hong Kong Family Office Nexus

Together with Invest Hong Kong, the three will focus on four pillars.

The Financial Services and Treasury Bureau, together with Bloomberg LP, have established the Hong Kong Family Office Nexus, which aims to attract global family offices to expand their presence in Hong Kong.

Together with Invest Hong Kong, the three will focus on four pillars including community building, knowledge sharing, technological support, and philanthropic collaboration.

Additionally, the bureau said Bloomberg will inaugurate a new wealth management summit in Hong Kong next March which will coincide with the bureau’s Wealth for Good in Hong Kong Summit.

The partnership followed a meeting between the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Christopher Hui and the Founder of Bloomberg L.P. & Bloomberg Philanthropies Michael Bloomberg.

Other Hong Kong Family Office Nexus initiatives will commence in phases starting in late 2024.
